We dont mind the smell bc we are in and out of our space. BUT they do not use the AIR CONDITIONING which is deeply dishonest. We have seen cockroaches but so far, they've all been dead. USE THE A/C we will be moving and DO NOT recommend voting w your wallet here. STAY AWAY !

We do not recommend this place and look forward to leaving. The A/C never works, we paid for A/C, we have found roaches 3 times already and it smells TERRIBLE and we cannot figure out what the smell is. We are saddened by the manipulation and dishonesty.

Do not recommend this place. The storage place smells like musty moth balls as soon as you walk in the door. All of my clothing, shoes, and furniture reek of whatever stench the building has. They have a roach infestation and found a roach right outside of my unit. There are no carts or dolly’s so you have to physically carry everything to and from your vehicle. They have also raised my storage rent with no notification. Can’t wait to cancel.

Leti was a terrific representative helping us find a second unit at this location near to our first unit. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I live in the area, needed to store a 2 bd apt worth of things while shopping for a house. The location is great, there’s always available underground parking which is huge, considering that shopping center is always congested. The storage can be accessed with moving trucks easily with its service elevator and open (un)loading dock. The units are clean, temp controlled and well lit.
The best part is the service, personified by Spencer. Friendly and helpful from day one, funny without being annoying, informative, thorough and efficient. On my second day unloading, I had 10 minutes before the storage closed for the night, and was stressed out. Spencer helped me load up the last 2 dollies and got me inside before the deadline. Without him I would’ve had to extend my U-Haul rental. Spencer saved me money and gave me peace of mind. You’re the man, Spencer✊🏾

I want to say Q and Ashley were such a great help in assisting me with my storage over the phone. Thank you so much ladies. Btw Public Storage needs to Help Becky over on 24th St with her attitude she needs more customer service training but the the other two ladies was a joy. Which made it better for me.
