Pure Midtown is an apartment complex in downtown Phoenix. The building is secure, requiring access to enter, which provides tenants with a strong sense of safety. The amenities are also a liked feature. Recently, a new onsite property manager has been changing everything for the better, creating a calm, clean, and peaceful environment for tenants. This manager is described as professional, knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating. She provides insightful advice, communicates very well, and responds to questions or concerns immediately and in a timely manner. She works with tenants and is helpful with any needs. The maintenance crew is also noted as being just as helpful. However, there have been significant communication difficulties for prospective tenants. Calls go to a full mailbox preventing messages, and the office has been found empty during business hours, making it very hard to reach anyone. The current management is making new improvements and gestures that please residents, who recommend the property.

Lived here four years, moved out after XCD realty bought the building and the place went to the trash. It’s never clean, multiple break ins, and terrible overall management. Rosalie at the front desk is kind but it took months to get my deposit back and the place is in terrible shape. Happy I moved out

Lived here for a year and had a great experience. Karina is very nice and has always been very helpful. Staff and maintenance is great and friendly. Rooftop is great and enjoyed having gatherings up there. Price is great and when my lease was up and I was moving out they offered my rent to be even cheaper for another year.
