This place is a JOKE!! Management does not maintain security within the building allowing the homeless to enter our floors. Everything breaks all the time. Dog poop everywhere even inside the building

Lived here four years, moved out after XCD realty bought the building and the place went to the trash. It’s never clean, multiple break ins, and terrible overall management. Rosalie at the front desk is kind but it took months to get my deposit back and the place is in terrible shape. Happy I moved out

New management is very unprofessional and unreliable. The leasing manager is very rude and has obviously no management experience. It's unfortunate because the area and complex itself are so nice but I would never pay to deal with these people again.
