Stopped in and to return some shoes that didn't work out, were very uncomfortable and hurt my feet and the cashier graciously refunded me. Thank you for the great customer service.

Whenever I need home goods I always try Ross first. I usually find different things, not always on the first visit, but I keep looking. They have quality merchandise at a good price, and everyone is so helpful and friendly.
