Sauvage Wine Bar and Shop is located inside The Churchill gathering spot at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and McDowell Road in mid-town Phoenix. It is the only natural wine bar and shop of its kind in Phoenix, celebrated as the Best Wine Bar and a three-time Best Wine Shop winner. The business, inspired by France, is inside a historic building with absolutely gorgeous decor, a cozy atmosphere, and an unmatched, immaculate ambience whether visited during the day or at night. It offers an ever-rotating, avant-garde selection of over 200 carefully vetted natural wines available for purchase, by the glass, or for corking to-go. The friendly, kind staff gives the best recommendations.
The space has a really great vibe with comfy couches, a bar, and a patio for warmer days. The food menu features pop-ups, so it changes, but the food is incredibly delicious and really good; the bread and butter is a must. They also offer great coffee drinks and have pizza on Wednesdays. It is a locally owned, independent beacon for wine enthusiasts and a favorite go-to spot for its curated wines, great service, and unique energy.
Love the neighborhood vibe/location and the cute house setting. The service is odd in that you are to choose a seat and then go inside to order (but then lost my table while inside). The wine we chose was great. I didn’t eat their food so unsure how that is.

My friends and I did not want to leave Sauvage when the night was through! The atmosphere was so cozy, quaint, and inviting. All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful and they offer amazing wine and snack selections. Will definitely be back time and time again!
