Went with my mother to find shoes that she wanted, count find her size in store, store employee was extremely rude and refused to help us out elderly lady who worked around 12-1 pm. Later my mother went again a week later a nicer employee helped her buy it online. Just depends on who assists you in the store honestly shameful for a first time visit, costumer service is extremely important. Thank you to the kind one who actually helped out god bless.

I'm really disappointed of this place to put a price discount on the shoes and when you're ready to buy it to come up with excuse there are no more in discount and they can't give you the discount price

Avoid buying here! They have terrible service starting with Leila or Laila, if that's her name! She claimed to be the manager but I really doubt it, she was very rude and did not attend to us and to finish we brought her a pair of shoes which was what we found and we needed the right size, then Laila told us to return the tennis shoes and where we found it The box and the correct size had to be there, he didn't want to help us. After telling her that we had already searched but it was the only thing we found, she grabbed the tennis shoes and went to look for it (the store is not even clean or organized). She kept insisting that we return the tennis shoes but it was the rude way in which she did not ask for them, I told him I wouldn't return the tennis shoe and he denied us service and took away the two pairs of shoes I wanted to buy just because I didn't want to do his job and return the tennis shoe? In all the stores I have been to, logically, what you take to the checkout and decide that you are not going to buy, they take the product away from you and that's it. In the end, since she didn't let us buy the tennis shoes, I guess Laila had to return them? So I don't understand where all his arrogance came from. If she is there, don't buy from her. She just told us that whether they bought or not didn't affect her in any way. Leila, if she dedicates herself to anything other than customer service, it is not your thing. And for the owners, they lose business by having her as an employee.

Prepare for a long line. Also double check your own shoes size before you leave. After waiting for them to get the shoes from the back and “check” them at the register, we got home for an event and couldn’t even wear the shoes because they were the wrong size! So annoying!

People listen, if we give a bad review or a good one no owners are going to do anything about it. I Bought me a pair of heels today without trying them on thinking is my normal shoe size I've use for so long there's no need to try on, went home tried 1 and of course didn't fit. Went back to the store for an exchange and whoever said was the manager had no idea of how exchanges work, she tried to do a return but said to me that since they went on clearance and used my points, I had to pay a different price because i didnt had any more points to use on that transaction and then said wasnt able to return because i didn't payed the store for the original price so she said to me that there was no money back so literally she wanted me to walk out the store without the pair I bought and no money, I understand everyone needs an opportunity to grow in a career but this girl sure needs to either have some deep training or knowledge to understand her position as store manager. I'm pretty sure that some people are going to agree that at every store is going to be either final sale no returns or exchange or no returns just exchange with original receipt

I enjoy this store!However, today I had the misfortune of encountering a bad attitude from one of the sales representatives. Short Hispanic woman with a partial shaved hairstyle and glasses. Probably in her 50s or 60s. Apparently there is section in the back of store that is closed off. (clearance room) However, there are no signs stating that people cannot shop in this area. She spoke harshly to me to let me know that the room was closed off. There was a crowd of people in the room prior to me. How could anyone know that it was closed?Terrible customer service.I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if this her usual character. But regardless, you should not bring your bitterness to work with you.Bad reflection of the company.
