Prepare for a long line. Also double check your own shoes size before you leave. After waiting for them to get the shoes from the back and “check” them at the register, we got home for an event and couldn’t even wear the shoes because they were the wrong size! So annoying!

People listen, if we give a bad review or a good one no owners are going to do anything about it. I Bought me a pair of heels today without trying them on thinking is my normal shoe size I've use for so long there's no need to try on, went home tried 1 and of course didn't fit. Went back to the store for an exchange and whoever said was the manager had no idea of how exchanges work, she tried to do a return but said to me that since they went on clearance and used my points, I had to pay a different price because i didnt had any more points to use on that transaction and then said wasnt able to return because i didn't payed the store for the original price so she said to me that there was no money back so literally she wanted me to walk out the store without the pair I bought and no money, I understand everyone needs an opportunity to grow in a career but this girl sure needs to either have some deep training or knowledge to understand her position as store manager. I'm pretty sure that some people are going to agree that at every store is going to be either final sale no returns or exchange or no returns just exchange with original receipt

I enjoy this store!However, today I had the misfortune of encountering a bad attitude from one of the sales representatives. Short Hispanic woman with a partial shaved hairstyle and glasses. Probably in her 50s or 60s. Apparently there is section in the back of store that is closed off. (clearance room) However, there are no signs stating that people cannot shop in this area. She spoke harshly to me to let me know that the room was closed off. There was a crowd of people in the room prior to me. How could anyone know that it was closed?Terrible customer service.I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if this her usual character. But regardless, you should not bring your bitterness to work with you.Bad reflection of the company.

This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Exceptionally poor salespeople-- minus one; and there were five of them--with poor attitudes, poor listening skills who acted as if they did not want me shopping there. Since you have to get assistance from them to get the matching shoe just to try the shoes on, one would think there would be salespeople on the floor to assist. They were behind the register, and I am now guessing that I had to stand in that long line to ask for a matching shoe to try because I bypassed that process and went to the counter where a salesperson was just standing there doing nothing and asked for assistance with getting the matching shoe. She reluctantly did so which took some time. When she returned I asked her to get another shoe and she did not respond. There were three other salespeople there and I asked three additional times for assistance and they all just walked away so I again asked the one who had brought me the first shoe. She became belligerent with me and another salespeople beside the other three that had walked away came to assist me. Needless to say I will never shop at this location again, and I will return the unworn shoes.

Rude as hell. Went in last night to purchase some shoes and the young girl with long dark hair at the register was extremely rude to me and my husband. She has a serious attitude problem and should be relieved from her job. We spend a lot of money in that store every time we shop there. I will no longer be shopping there because of that employee. If she doesn't want to be there then I'm sure someone else might appreciate a job. I wish I had her name but it isn't on the receipt.

First we went to Arizona mills location and a younger gentleman helped us call another location and puts one shoes on hold at the desert sky location. His customer service was absolutely amazing. When we got to Desert sky location Maria helped us. I wanted the same shoes as my daughter and she located them and had the brought to her store for pick up. She went absolutely above and beyond to help us find the shoes we we wanted. I work in hotels and customer service and from one store to another the all had great customer service. Your company should be proud.

The chicks working there have no clue what their doing
