I don't understand all of the negative reviews, having experienced quality service with only a few minor hiccups. Filling and refilling mail order specialty Rx has been a breeze and staff have been uniformly polite and well informed.

It's a pretty busy pharmacies so you might want to be conscious of what time of day and what day of the week you're going. I would avoid Mondays Fridays early morning late afternoon etcetera.
