Extremely rude. I’ve never experienced racism at this level. My husband and I drove 20 miles just to be ignored and not offered service. The owner stood there and had a conversation with someone unrelated to a sale for 15 minutes and blatantly ignore my husband and I. We just walked out after about 20 minutes. I would not recommend. Especially if you are a person of color. I will be reporting to BBB next. Please find another business that services anyone. Horrible experience. There wasn’t anyone in the store to be ignored in that manner. WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED SERVICE. Stay away from this place.Response 03/01/2024As stated previously, there wasn’t any customers to service to justify being short staffed. My husband and I were the only customers there at the time. We were deliberately ignored. Us not being serviced was an intentional action. I work customer service as well. I can appreciate good service when rendered. We received the opposite, unfortunately. I would not recommend. Reported to BBB date of incident.

Great service. We never owned a helmet before and asked around about where to get it. Sunvalco was the most recommended and it didn't disappoint. They helped adjust and size it (not even offered at the bigger stores). If you need gear go here

Drove 45 min and planned my weekend around coming here. Had I known the correct store hours, I would've made time to come out Friday afternoon, but now I have to take time off of work tomorrow to come out during the day so he has his helmet before practice.

Total unorganized. They didn't even acknowledge us!!!!! Waiting around and taking care of people that came in before us. They kept telling us, we will be right with you.....

This is 2023, we six young black women walk in the store looking for my son some football gear and one of the cashiers makes a derogatory remark saying, "It looks like church just let out" and the other responds, "You're in trouble now..." with smirks on their face. They didn't acknowledge us politely, after he noticed that we heard the comment, as he continued to check out his customer, so we left. We don't support businesses or people who insult customers and purposefully make you feel uncomfortable.

For football gear there isn’t a better place. Yes it’s expensive. You are not getting around that. But they take the time to fit the product properly. They have a bunch of options and the staff is very knowledgeable.

I like Sunvalco! These guys will be honest with you about the gear that they sell, and if your reconditioning your gear they will be truthful about the time it will take.

Great people here and very knowledgeable. My wife went into to possibly buy a new helmet for our son. They were able to get his adjusted and we found a pair of practice pants he could fit. Wish I would’ve know about this place long ago. We’ll definitely be back when he hits his growth spurt to get him new gear and and helmet.

Awesome! Found everything I needed for my 12yr old son for football. His helmet was over 200 bucks but they assembled it and made sure it fit him perfectly. They tried to get my the best deal possible having him try on helmets of lower cost but ultimately my son needed a certain kind. They are kind and got us in and out.
