Words can’t describe how bad the customer service was, I walked out & called the toll free number which they helped me solve my issue but T-Mobile can’t say I’m surprised with this disappointment.

Thank you Javier for a great job!! I went to T-Mobile with my 85 year old mother and she was very happy with the service. He was patient and did not pressure us into buying anything. He did a great job explaining the different options on the different phones. Great experience.
