The Friends' Place Bookstore is a huge and beautiful library, a giant and impressive flagship location. Driving up to the building is impressive, greeted by nice architecture and a large parking lot. Entering it is a bookworm's wonderland with an awesome atmosphere. The inside has even more interesting architecture, including glass elevators and a little lake inside with a fountain, which gives it a nice outdoor and calm relaxing feeling. The organization has a clean touch with great details of design. It is a very big library with five floors offering a plethora of information and a great selection of everything from new releases to old favorites on DVD and CDs. There is a really easy and fully automated check-out process and an automated book return that is fun for kids. The holds process usually goes pretty quickly, and they are connected to the e-book system via the Libby app. There are lots of other places and things to explore, including rooms available to reserve. It is a great place to get away from it all to read, study, or stay out of the heat. The staff are always kind, helpful, super nice, and kind.
