One of the few places in Phoenix where you can find game meat. Brought home some venison..Perfection. They also had some amazing looking dry aged steaks. I am convinced this is the place the tops chefs in Phoenix shop.

Incredibly friendly service. They treat you like royalty even if your purchase isn't very expensive. Excellent quality grass-fed/finished bones. Best grass-fed stew meat I've ever tasted.
Remember the old time butcher shops? We are one of those. The meat is locally grown and cuts come from the whole animal which means we start fresh and can custom cut your meat. Choose from grass fed beef, all natural pork or free range chicken.. We also carry cuts of buffalo, venison, whole rabbit and can order other wild game including pheasant and duck. FRESH TURKEY is available once a year. All of our smoked products and sausage is made in house. The rest you will see for your self when you pay us a visit. We promise it will be worth your while.
