I don't like seeing products sold without putting a price list on them. I would be like an idiot if I asked about the price per pound for each product, so if they put the price on every item they sell, that would make me rich.

Never fails I go in and amazed by the selection of aged beef and other butchered meets. Always grass fed and nothing but the best quality. They cut the beef ? on site and is very fresh. The selection will not disappoint. Tonight was filet mignon … hero at home for dinner … thanks team

The best butcher hands down! Very personal and they take pride with their customers. Although I live way in the West Valley, I always make my way back to the East to patronize them! Excellent meat selection and add on's. Go Here, totally worth it!

This is the real deal from the tallow to the bone marrow all awesome quality. Picked up some roast beef recently and ill never go back to a large grocer i couldnt stop eating it. The difference from others it crazy i used to never eat ground beef but here its fatty and perfect.

I have been a customer for years. Perfect specialty butcher shop. They will cut, trim and prepare anything to order and how you order it. Quality meat at reasonable prices... beef, pork, lamb, specialty items. Their twenty-one day dry aged beef steaks (rib eyes, NY strips, sirloins) are the best. Knowledgeable and friendly butchers. And you cannot beat their customer service.

We thought “grass fed grass finish” would be cool to be healthier. I don’t think the grass fed was the problem cause I’ve had fantastic grass fed steaks. We bought half a cow and half a pig. The ground beef was ok but everything else was bad. The Rib Eyes, Filets, brisket were all a bust. I bought a massive freezer to stock up on meats and we were so excited. We ended up using most of the meat and made jerky. I offered my friends a bunch of the meat for free and they said no thanks after cooking the Ribs and Brisket. Besides the ground beef we didn’t enjoy a single cut. We kept trying hoping we just had a couple bad pieces. BUY SMALL AMOUNTS BEFORE GETTING HUNDREDS OF POUNDS AND MAKE SURE YOU LIKE IT. Maybe we just got a bad cow. I don’t know how this works. It was my first bulk purchase. The meat looked and felt great. Like the Rib Eyes. Felt really tender. After cooking we couldn’t eat it. We didn’t even bite into the Ribs after looking at them after we smoked them. Again, maybe we got a bad cow. Just sample first is my opinion.
