The Van Buren is a popular concert venue located in downtown Phoenix, open since August 2017. It has a capacity of 1,800 and was converted from a historic vintage auto-dealership. Awesome place for a show. My second time seeing Peter Hook and the Light there and fifth show overall. Considering the large crowd there the AC was working well.

Pretty good small venue, get upbtop quick if you can two tables up there. Worth paying the extra scratch to get up rhere.
