My wife & I made a $1,000 purchase for a couch, reserved a Uhaul and were left high & dry

The whole experience was a disaster. The truck was old, decrepid, and filthy. The steering wheel is literally falling apart in your hands, gas mileage is horrendous (like 5 miles/gallon), drivers door doesn’t close easily and I could on. Never again going to u-haul!

I have been trying for three days to get an online reservation for a truck. It told me I had it went to pick it up and they don't see my reservation three times. Never again
