“We walked in to schedule a u-haul truck and trailer in advance and Jordan was EXTREMELY helpful. He was very friendly and patient while we figured out the most affordable option. We made changes multiple times but he never made us feel rushed and ensured he did whatever was best for us. I have never experienced such great customer service at a u-haul before.The excellent customer service continued even when we came back the day of our reservation! Serena greeted us and helped us out immediately. She walked us out to the truck and helped us hook up the trailer. She seemed to enjoy her job and was eager/happy to help.Overall, I’m very impressed by this location’s staff. These 2 really stood out and are great examples of what customer service should be. “Jack was beyond amazing & ensured we were taken care of when time was of the essence.I, unfortunately, had made a reservation a month prior at another Penske Rental place on Raintree in Scottsdale for a cargo van (this establishment is completely useless, unhelpful and LAZY). They gave us the wrong truck on the day of our ‘out of town’ move & did nothing to help us. Told us there was no availability of what we had reserved a month ago so we either had to size up or get nothing.I called the customer service line and asked to speak with a supervisor or director who could help me since Raintree would not.I was put in contact with Jack.He immediately did a search of the area & found the van we had reserved at another Penske in Glendale and called to secure that van. He took care of the reservation so by the time we arrived all we had to do was swap out vehicles and away we went.Jack understands what good customer service is and understands that moving in itself is stressful & when things go awry it makes the situation worse. He did everything to help us and we could not be more grateful.”

Luis actually said he was waiting on one but later in the day, I felt hopeless but then he gave me a call back to tell me that it came back earlier than expected. “There have been some hiccups in my reservation using a U-Box. Even though Ernie doesn’t specialize in U-Boxes, he bent over backwards to try and rectify the issues. He spent a lot of time on the phone both times I stopped in talking to people so that the reservation would suit my needs. I would use this location again because you can tell Ernie really cares!”

“I recently rented a truck from U-Haul for an off-road adventure, and while the overall service was commendable, I couldn't help but wish they offered lifted trucks. The standard truck struggled a bit on some corners during my off-road excursion, highlighting the need for vehicles better suited to rough terrains. U-Haul's customer service and rental process were smooth, but an option for more rugged vehicles would greatly enhance the off-road experience for adventurous renters like myself.”

They at customer Care we're so pleasant and so helpful and sweet I didn't have to pay any fees and they were very understanding I really really like this company and I will use them again especially the U-Haul 24/7 where you don't even have to speak to anybody You can just use your mobile phone and go pick up a truck it's that easy and it's wonderful”
