“Thor, Brigid, and Terry are extremely kind people. I must also give credit to Andrew. Thank you all for your kindness. I was lucky to end up at that location. I had a friend who helped me enormously, but my task was monumental. We were working in the sun for the entire day. I had to collect my belongings from storage, load the truck, bring the truck to the location where the uboxes were, unload the truck, and load the uboxes. It was a huge job that I would not have been able to get done without help. There were difficulties of availability from the start of my reservations for a truck and uBoxes. The rest of the uHaul corporation needs to take a note from Thor, Brigid, Terry, and Andrew, and take a serious look at the example these four demonstrate. Brigid, Thor, and Terry were SO generous, helped me to get this job done, offered us water. Everyone should be like this group. Before and after my contact with B, T, T, and A, the rest of the uHaul staff/cust "service" etc have been BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST vendor experiences I have ever had. My belongings are supposed to be en route to NY for me, but at this point I am genuinely concerned as the fate of my uBoxes. They contain my life's work, irreplaceable. All credit to Brigid, Terry, Thor, and Andrew, as they are the only good in this quagmire of uHaul lies, incompetence, disregard, and bullying. For example, I was promised a call to resolve a serious issue that had been caused by carelessness and neglect on the part of uHaul. I was not called. I was told that a number was a direct number to an individual who had promised to fix the problem. It was not a direct number. I was put on hold for stretches of 45 minutes at a time until I finally gave up, hung up and called another 30 times. I have spent entire days calling with no results. Or, more accurately, the newest developement is that my circumstances may actually be worse. uHaul advertises ease of use and ease of solutions - - not so much. If I am working locally and dealing with this specific location, then yes, I would agree. In dealing with uHaul as a whole, no way. Brigid, Thor, and Terry deserve the uHaul name - everyone else I dealt with - worst ever and I hope never to have to deal with uHaul again.”

“Economic storage facility near airport. I had my RV stored here for three months from Dec. 2022 - Feb. 2023. The yard is fenced and secured with a locked gate. You do have to set-up a drop-off and pick-up time and date, however this was not an issue and the facility manager is very easy to work with to schedule these transfers. The manager, Doug, was a pleasure to work with and took good care of the vehicle on the lot.”

“I gave Marty a call at Penske's when Hertz dropped the ball big time. Let me explain. I rented a cargo van with Hertz 3 months prior. The week of I got a confirmation email and text. The day of pick up I get a call from Hertz explaining the sold all their vans. They were unapologetic and did not provide a solution. Now I know you are saying what does this have to do with Penske. Well, I'm getting to that. I called around that morning in a panic and Marty offered me the best price and great customer service! Every other place I called was some punk kid that felt like they were reading from a script over the phone. Thank you Marty at Penske for helping my wife and I keep our plans!”

“Great service. I called 5 minutes before they closed. Alan helped me find a 250 last minute for the next morning. Picked it up and it was only 128 a day. Which i thought was very reasonable for an F250. Used it to tow a 10k lbs trailer north to Flagstaff. No issues. Although they didnt provide a hitch sleve to accomidate a 2" hitch. It was ok i bought one at autozone next door.”

“I visited Friday and spoke to Tausha and back again today (Saturday) and was helped by Danielle. Both ladies were outstanding with their customer service! They were patient with showing the different sized units. They asked questions to determine what size we needed, and although we are storing random items they were helpful. We will be back later in the week to sign paperwork for our new storage unit”

“Rented a van to move studio apt, it had over 1/2 tank of gas! Loved not having to immediately find a gas station.Justin helped me the rental part of van.He patiently helped me with the phone app, explained everything and more about the van, made it very easy.I appreciated that he was kind and patient.Van drove great, easy to drive. Takes regular unleaded.I am short and the van seat doesn't rise, I brought my own cushion.When I returned van, it was the owner David Turner who checked me out.David was very pleasant and professional, even though it was real early in the morning,I was checked out and on my way in less than 10 min. and glad I chose that location to rent.It was the easiest, most pleasant rental experience.I would go there again when/if I need a rental.Thank you Arcadia UHaul for doing business the way you do it!!”
