These guys are absolute Prius professionals. Masters at their craft. Way better than any dealership mechanic. They have many years of experience, treat you incredibly well, and you can't beat their prices anywhere in the state. They use OEM PARTS and are both very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing is very fair. No dealerships for me anymore. Everyone at this shop was wonderful. They drove me home when I forgot my cell phone. The car service was exceptional. They are a service to the people, go above and beyond. The service advisor at the front desk helps and advises. Excellent, fast, and affordable service. Scheduling was an easy process. They helped a car get running like new after ABS failure. Will be going back for any problems with a 2013 Toyota Prius.

So glad I found this place. Did engine & water pump replacement on my Prius for much less than dealer quoted. They explained everything and did the work very quickly. Highly recommended.

Friendly. Helpful.
They said that they would need to charge me a diagnostic fee and then the repair. But they found that it wasn't what I thought, and they didn't charge me the diagnostic or the repair because it was an easy fix elsewhere.
