We are an independent whole animal based butcher shop specializing in old school techniques and practices which utilize all parts of every animal we purchase. We source only animals who have been raised mindfully by people who care: allowed to express instinctive behaviors, eat natural foods which support health and well being, and have plenty of space and sunshine to live their best lives. Our partners engage in practices which improve their land and support a resilient, de-centralized food system.

I was looking for a local meat market with grass fed and finished beef because I am trying a carnivore lifestyle. It's close to home and has everything I have been looking for. Prices are comparable with other places I have frequented. Ester was very nice. Getting to know the whole crew there. My new go to!!!🥰

Saw this spot on Paul Saladino's YT vid. Grass fed & finished, local beef. We need more places like this. And with a butcher that showed he really knew his stuff. Will be visiting soon with wife. Looking forward to it!
