The team at this UPS Store is amazing! They’re always so friendly, patient, and ready to help—especially with Amazon returns, which I do more often than I’d like to admit. No matter how busy they are, they treat everyone with kindness and never make you feel rushed. Honestly, it’s just a great atmosphere every time I walk in. I really appreciate their helpfulness and positive energy. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this location to send an urgent overnight package and clearly explained how important it was that the delivery arrive the next day. I worked with an employee named Meshie (Employee ID: 128490), who appeared disoriented and confused throughout the process. She placed my items into three different boxes before finally selecting one and assured me that it was properly labeled for overnight delivery.
I was charged $52 and was told the package would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, the shipment was sent via standard delivery, and my customer did not receive their items in time for their event.
When I contacted the location, the woman I spoke with refused to give her name, claimed she was the owner, and insisted the error was my fault. I calmly expressed that I had been misled and was simply asking for a refund — but instead of helping, she hung up on me after I told her the customer service had been horrible.
I am extremely disappointed not only with the mistake but also with the lack of professionalism and accountability. If you're relying on timely shipping, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Not only did they mishandle my shipment, but they also refused to take any responsibility or make things right.

I find it hard to belive any of these 1 start comments on this store or ite employees. they have always been respectful, helpful, and do their best with accommodating. it can tell from the few negative posts that these are just people who can never be satisfied and that will hurt small business owners reputations no matter what the cost

It's the little things that make the biggest difference. I feel customer service has become a lost art. Just genuinely being nice for no reason is rare these days. Today I received that while at this location. Shout out to Ricky, the young man who extended this type of service. Like I told you, this UPS store is lucky to have you. If you aren't told enough, you are appreciated. Thank you for being you!

I came in for notary and shipping services. I have a lot of documents that have to be signed each week, and the service today was both quick and efficient! Jamilah and Nathan were friendly and professional. They greeted everyone as they walked in the store and as they left. I would definitely come back to this store.

Absolutely poor service and unhelpful. No other store will ask you to put a 100+ lbs shipping case with a PREPAID label, UP onto the counter and not take it if not. Clueless folks. They are next to me but this is why I have avoided this place for two years. FYI: my account will get billed either way by way ups if the weight is wrong on the label.

I always go to this location to do my Amazon returns, etc. Today Jamilla went above and beyond. She worked with me for about 10 minutes to try to fix what I messed up. We couldn't get it to work but I really appreciated her help and patience. Great group of people.
