UPS would have zero stars, if allowed. I pay for daily pickups but they only come 2x weekly. They overcharge on freight. Frequently miscalculate package weight (i.e., billed me 90# for a 9# pkg @ 1373.00). It's as if UPS just hits me with a charge at any opportunity. Use FedEx!

Super helpful people! Someone is always available when I walk in the door & it’s never really busy. Parking is also easy and usually always open right up front, including handicap.

Rep that answered the phone was rude as hell to me and during a question I was asking her she stated she had to go and hung up on me and would not let me finish asking my question. I spent over $150.00 on shipping and needed a simple question answered and got the rudest treatment ever. Avoid this location.
