I love this store! I went in to the UPS store because I needed to pick up some packing supplies and I was already stressed from standing in line forever to get a document notarized at my bank. I walked in and I was greeted by Makenzie and Suzie. Makenzie helped me with a smile on her face which is refreshing. Susie Informs me that you all notarize! I no longer have to stand in line forever! Thank you UPS and Suzie and Makenzie !

The attendants at this store were so helpful and patient with helping me send some very important paperwork from emailing info to the store and them sending copying and everything that went with it I can't believe how patient they were I didn't know how to do any of it not even the copy machine thanks UPS for outstanding service.😊

Coy is AMAZING he saved me BIG time . Long story short I dropped a package day before , thankfully it hadn’t gone out yet , he was able to change the shipping to a sooner date because I screwed up on the original shipping date . Excellent customer service , he went above and beyond and was so helpful and kind

I love this UPS store!! The employees are extraordinary! Cayden is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He recently did a notary for my parents. He actually came out to the car to do their notary bc it made it easy for my parents! He always greets me with a smile and asks how he can help. I go out of my way to go to this location bc of Cayden. He is a huge asset to UPS! All the employees at this location are great but he stands out in so many ways of excellence!

My visit was fantastic!! 🤩 I went in with serious need for advice and help on what to do and Susie was right there ready to help! She went above and beyond with the perfect attitude to make sure I got what I needed and made sure that
my package was set and secure! This definitely was a very quick and efficient visit with OUTSTANDING customer service.
