  Terrible service, came two days before delivery date then when asked if I could pick up in store or re delivered was turned down by everyone. Not to mention automatic messages as soon as you call and people hall way around the world that can’t do a thing to help

  Alert! Not sure where to post this, but it's to notify UPS customers that UPS is now using unmarked autos and people for package delivery. I just had a stranger in an unmarked car, with no identifying ID walk up to my front door delivering a package. In this day and age, that is not only unnerving, it's extremely unprofessional.
