the service really sucks they came to my apartments he came to the door without the package and just left a note without knocking or notifying the package was here but my little brother was waiting for them to knock for I can sign the package which never happened so this was the last day I received my package just for to not try to knock on the door

if i could give zero stars i would. i’ve been trying to receive a package for over a week now. it needs to be signed but due to my work schedule they missed me. i called phoenix dispatcher and they promised me they would deliver it before 12 the next day, never even went out for delivery. called again that day and they promised the same thing for the next day, went out for delivery at 9am and they didn’t try to deliver it until 5pm, even though i told them i would be gone and needed it to be delivered before 12. called AGAIN, they promised a delivery before 12 AGAIN, and when that day came around didn’t even go out for delivery AGAIN!!! now 3 business days have gone by and zero updates on my package that i literally need. they had to have lost it or damaged it or something because there’s no reason for 3 days to go by with it not being delivered when it’s literally in phoenix! i’m cancelling the order and i’m just going to go through someone else because this is absolutely ridiculous! i changed my work schedule to work around them and now they can’t seem to even find my package to get it out for delivery.

Trying to get a new phone for a business that I run not only can I not get the phone delivered in the time they say they won’t let me pick it up in the store using photo ID so not only am I losing money I’m losing customers if this continues I will have to sue for loss of company wages this is not OK. They keep saying they will deliver it between three and 7pm. One time They tried to deliver it at 11 AM not close to time. They also tried to deliver after 7 PM when I wasn’t home after waiting five hours for my phone. This is unacceptable and I can’t put my life on hold for some incompetent UPS workers to continue messing up their job do better!!!!

There is really no way to know exactly from which UPS center my delivery originated in this area, but it really doesn't matter because the company as a whole, is awful.Second time an important pricey package was delivered to the wrong address and my correct address is clearly printed on the box.This time it was marked delivered but was nowhere on my property. Two days later a kindly HONEST person brought the package to my home saying it had been at his door, TWO blocks away.Why is it so difficult for UPS drivers to follow directions?I love the photo the driver supposedly took as 'proof' of delivery; a pitch black photo in the dead of night ( my porch is lit up with security lights galore 24/7 , so no excuse for not seeing a house number let alone a street name.Customer service is non existent. Online help is a joke.If there was a choice to have a purchase shipped some other way, I would take it even if it costs more but some places only ship UPS. I didn't think a shipping company could be worse than USPS, but I stand corrected.

worst delivery company award 2023. Refuses to drop off my package and is unwilling to cooperate any further. I have never had a company shove a middle finger in my face as hard as this one. Unbelievable lack of humanity. 0 customer service. It is impossible to talk to a human when you call any customer service lines. Their excuse for not dropping off my package is the laziest I have ever heard. I will refuse any further service with the POS company.

Literally no service. I have been here trying the buzzer,knocking on the door, and have been on the phone with the 800 number since this location doesn't have one for going on an hour now and still no answer. This is very frustrating considering I'm in between two jobs and there closed on the weekends(today's friday). They must have closed by 330 I'm now thinking there is no employees here when it's supposed to close at 9pm it is now 5:20 and I now have to leave with nothing after almost 2 hours of waiting and dealing with the 800 number saying they understand but then just trying to have another 800 number contact you to do the same.

So awful , I got there and the note said press the bell , I did , and after a minute an old lady answers , yelling at me "WHAT DO YOU WANT", I told her I wanna ship a book , and then she yelled something I couldn't understand so I asked her again what did you say so she yelled back , "DO YOU HAVE A LABEL ON IT " , then I said yes and she answered"DROP IT IN THE BOX" ,so I said thank you and she didn't answer ,I felt so awful , if she doesn't like her job she doesn't need to take it on people , we don't know or care about someone behind door yelling at us this is just awful .I hope someone report her or move her somewhere else , somewhere where she doesn't have to deal with people because she a massive @@@@

I had package delivered yesterday and the driver left the package in the bulk package locker. This was meds and I to go through about hundred packages to find my on the bottom. Why did the driver left in the bulk locker instead of a small locker for small packages? This is not satisfactory in the delivery. This poor way to put all small packages in big locker made for big boxes. I try not to use UPS, and use any other delivery company. This what the insurance company used. So please help us as customers, instead of being in a hurry, just do right thing.
