The store is fine. It's the most convenient, but it almost always smells like chemicals from the nail salon next door. That isn't usually a problem for me, but today it smelled like a combination of nail salon chemicals and old dirty diapers.

If you need fingerprints done, don’t come to this location! They don’t know what they’re doing and botched taking fingerprints for Fingerprint Clearance card twice! Then when I wanted to refund, they said they don’t do refunds. How convenient.

If your store says it opens at 8:00 AM, then someone should actually be there to open it at 8:00 AM. I waited outside for over 10 minutes, and no one showed up. It’s frustrating and a waste of time, especially when people plan their day around your posted hours. Please respect your customers’ time and update your hours if you can’t stick to them.

The current staff at this UPS Store are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient! Every visit is a smooth experience thanks to their great customer service. The store is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I also appreciate that they offer so many services beyond just mailing and mailboxes — from notary services and faxing to document shredding and more. It’s truly a one-stop shop, and I highly recommend it!

They charge $5 + $0.20/page to print from an email even though I only needed 1 page printed that would've been $5.20. No thanks I'll just visit a local library

The two ladies provide fast service. I called and the clerk said the Notary service was 10 dollars. I also needed a five page document scanned. Kinda pricy at 1 dollar a page. However the staff there worked together to provide service in less than 15min. Good looking! 😌

I absolutely love this store, The staff is always so helpful and patient even with a line, they provide excellent service!! They always have a Notary here so it’s very convenient, definitely coming back!!!

Absolute worst customer service. Completely wasted my time three days in a row by not honoring an online appt, providing an incorrect time and then refusing to provide me service and sending me elsewhere. Then, blamed his owner saying they are the problem and it’s for them too. Hopefully the owner sees it and knows they are the worst.
