Asked the representative for help having their UPS driver to deliver my package to their store instead of an address where no one will be home. Guaranteed package will be stolen so thank you for nothing.

Very poor customer service. She was rude and condescending. I didn't catch her name but she's tall and where's glasses. She needs to go back to school and learn manners.

Don't go here to drop off Amazon returns for "free" because the owner has decided he's gonna charge people a dollar to tape your box shut. Because at the UPS Store tape is surely hard to find and very scarce.
