My wife, Linda went to the store to have an excel workbook printed. Tiffany was very patient as inda stumbled through trying to forward the document for printing. Several people came into the store during this process and Tiffany was very patient and greeted everyone. She didnt get stressed as she worked her way through the crowd.

I have always been treated fairly at this location. I have came in on occasion and had to stand in line for a few moments. They apologized for the wait and promptly took care of my shipping needs. I was laughing when reading the other posts to many people complain about nothing today 🤣

I would like to thank both Amazon and The UPS Store for making returns so easy and efficient.
No box, no label, and fast friendly staff like Tiff that was pleasant to talk to and fast.
My opinion...Big W can't match it. Thank you UPS Store...and Amazon.

I had an appointment at this UPS Store for fingerprinting, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating due to poor customer service. The fingerprint scanner was not working properly, which caused delays and confusion. While a younger staff member did her best to assist and was kind and helpful, her senior colleague offered no support whatsoever. He stood by passively, showed no interest in resolving the issue, and seemed completely unconcerned about the inconvenience I was experiencing.
It was disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, especially when dealing with an appointment-based service. I expected better coordination and accountability.

UPS store is conveniently located, although the area does have a high volume of transists. UPS employees professionally conscientious. am at this location often during each month, returning items to Amazon. I am greeted most often with a smile and assistance as needed. Which is always appreciated.

I only go to this UPS location now for any of my needs. I'd like to acknowledge the team work and courtesy. As I and some others may not know all the protocols down to a science. I have seen Ben & Ivy work efficiently they've got that store clean,organized, and in order.On top of that they go the extra mile when it comes to customer service
Genuinely. Always a pleasure coming in.

On April 28th I sent a package weighing 26 pounds and they returned it weighing 18 pounds, stealing products that were inside the package: 2 pairs of women's shoes size 7, 2 pairs of girls' tennis shoes size 10, Disney brand, 1 pair of Guess brand sandals, 4 Arabic perfumes, and a Hello Kitty umbrella. They are thieves at UPS and I'm not saying this for those who receive the packages, I'm saying this for the delivery people since at the bottom it had UPS tape 😡

As a small business owner that ships out a lot of packages each day and each week this is by far the best location. The staff usually is always two males, and they are so friendly and so courteous to every single customer that walks in. This is not even the closest location to my house, but I drive the extra 10 minutes just to get to this location just because how fast and efficient and the staff are And how genuinely kind they are to everybody!

This UPS store is pretty great. If it’s busy, the lines go quickly, and the staff is very nice and friendly.
