Very helpful despite the fact that they were in the process of training someone ..be patient with NEW HIRES FOLKS. They're doing their best and at least they're willing to work, unlike the vast majority of us. ?

Returned a package on March 9 2023 at 11 am. Clerk did busy work - taping boxes, moving boxes, etc - and let five customers stand in line and watch for five minutes. pathetic customer service.

The manager Ben provided me with great customer service! He empathized with my angst as I was waiting on an important delivery and he was very informative. I was having such a hard time catching up with my delivery but Ben was kind. His patience helped
