I just like others have had good and bad experiences at this location ,but you can't blame the entire store for one disgruntled employees actions. Most of the time the employees are very friendly and helpful and it's still a very convenient place to ship pkgs and receive other services.

I visited this location for printing. I was thoroughly pleased with the exemplary customer service provided by Janice. She was very personable and helpful.
After retiring from 32yrs of customer service myself, Janice and the other young ladies have restored my faith in a craft that's quickly diminishing.
I will return to this location for future service

I love this location. The staff are helpful and always smiling. I needed to return my cable modem and SRP Box. They worked with me ASAP. I Always back in when parking. Because ppl are in such a rush. Getting out is so much better. I told my family and friends about this location also. Thanks for the highly Appreciated customer service. You All Rock!😍.

This location is a bit out of my area however, I receive great customer support when I do visit. Enoch is an awesome store manager and was able to resolve an issue I had with some business cards. Will definitely return. Great staff and communication.

Literally the WORST staff I have ever encountered at any UPS location. Multiple experiences at this specific location and the staff is lazy and incredibly rude.

Very bad customer service! The person who after 20 mins helped me was very rude and kept saying I can return Amazon package at kiosk but they have lost 2 of my packages that wa and Amazon said to make sure and hand it to a person. And when I was walking away he made a comment about situation!

Don't do the fingerprint ivp. GF had a total bad exp. They need further training in the process. I would love a refund of 34.00 for the service
