I had an Amazon return, but could not use the box for the return, UPS delivery trashed my box. I was charged for a box for the return, Amazon and UPS CS were no help. Mariah helped me with a refund for the box, she was awesome! Thank you Mariah. Give her a raise.

I love coming here because of the staff. Kind, Efficient, and Respectful of all! Tori was awesome and the other young man working whose name I did not catch helped me today, all visits are quick and painles.

Finally! Some great customer service I get from these employees! Mayra and Tori were kind and made sure I took a receipt even though I had already intended to. 19th ave needs more employees like these young ladies!
