The wait time was short; the associate was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous; and the store milieu was clean, organized, and professional. The technician/associate made certain that I had the shipment tracking number, asked whether there was anything else, and wished me a good day.I do not often ship packages, but I look forward to visiting store 2460 at 24 W Camelback Road for my next shipment.Thank you for your service to your community.

Very very rude disrespectful the black guy with the glasses Brooks was laughing at me being very sarcastic laughing at me with other two customers the older gentleman with the glasses was being rude rushing me no patience treating me very poorly for somebody with that slower with autistic and with and with special needs if I could I'd give him zero Stars I will never go back to the store at all the way that they treat people

Walked in there with purchases I wanted to ship they had proper packaging at a cheap price and choices on USPS shipping and UPS next day pricing and so forth awesome experience for walking in.

The owner is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. It’s absolutely appalling someone like that is working in customer service, spreading his horrid vibes. Do not recommend using this location.

Very busy and the workers weren't ready for customers. They also allowed people to cut in line as opposed to helping everyone in the order they arrive.

Bad customer service!! Very unhappy grouchy man working. Why work with the public if you don’t like the public. Most of the reviews I read are about him, why is he still working there? I don’t understand!!!

Out of all the UPS store locations I’ve visited, this might be the hardest to deal with. They embrace the micro charges for everything as well as dodge responsibility for things when things go awry. While the UPS corporation backs their own services, if you need to ship a package or drop off a return, you would be wise to think twice about using this location.Based on the other review left here, I see my experiences here are not unique.

The older female that helped me claimed that I wasn’t who I said I was and felt like she was racially profiling me. Even though I had my photo ID, tracking information, and email confirmation that my package was delivered there. She then proceeded to ask me all this information about my package and what was in it.Once she found it she then wouldn’t release my package to me claiming there was a $10 package pick up fee that she only accepted in cash.I have worked at packing and delivery stores and have NEVER heard of a package pickup fee only accepted in cash.I asked to speak to the manager who also didn’t even pay me any attention, he did something on the computer and I was finally able to leave.I have had other packages routed to that location and have never been racially profiled or asked to pay in cash to pick up a package.Worst experience at a packaging and shipping company ever.

They claimed they could not find my address which is less than 2 miles. I called the sender and they confirmed they had the correct address and sent confirmation to UPS. I called UPS to confirm the address was correct but they could not send it out until the next day. I checked the status this morning and it showed it was being returned to sender! I called to find out why it was being returned, I was told to contact the sender. As I was waiting on a hold, I was reviewing the ratings and I see why they are below standard. I also noticed they always have a response to there reviews. I wait and see if this was my fault you can’t find and address. Meanwhile another package was just delivered from UPS…a different location of course. Don’t ever have anything delivered to this location! Incompetent at its finest.

Went to this store Saturday. Never again. There was one older man working who was just flat out condescending and rude to everyone. He literally scolds customers. It’s actually quite shocking. He was particularly rude to me. Also, not saying this was on purpose, but when the monitors I shipped arrived at their destination, they were literally smashed to pieces. I packed them myself very carefully and I’m just not sure how this could have happened during normal shipping. Either way just terrible experience all around.
