I called to ask information about a package that my wife sent me through the UPS store. The manager was rude and being disrespectful, then even hung up on me 2 times. I had to call another UPS store on Camelback who acutely helped me get the number I needed to find my package. I am a SSG in US ARMY on active duty in Europe. If you want to be treated like crap this manager will definitely put you in the dirt civilian or military, the manager has no shame in talking down to you as a person.

The staff is incredible: All were friendly, helpful and kind. The person with the angelic red hair was nice and complimented the red streak in my beard. The package I had to ship was extremely large and I was anxious about it. The staff was very calm which helped me calm down. Excellent experience!
