Was just quoted $200 to use USPS. Went to the post office and they charged $32. Not sure what’s going on but I’ll never use a ups store again

Trusted the employee to box and ship valuable figurines. Instead he re-used a broken down box. When we received the shipment, the box was damaged and figurine was broken. Now, fighting with UPS to file a claim on the insurance we purchased. Will Never use UPS again!!!

I’ve been going here for years, especially for Amazon returns. Service is always incredibly fast and friendly, what more could you ask for?
