About 5 months ago I brought an Amazon item that state that they will package and label. The employee argued that he wasn't going to do it so I went to a different UPS who did. Today I went to see if he was no longer working here and met with more rudeness from someone else, like why is it so hard to just do what the Amazon app says your location will do?

I’ve been to this location twice out of necessity and both times the staff is incredibly rude, zero customer service skills, they do not acknowledge anyone and act as if they hate their lives. I had an Amazon return, walked in- no can I help you? They (the 3 of them standing there socializing & the random USPS guy on his phone in the back) stated I can use the automated return. My returns were not packaged and I do not trust this location. I said no I’ll wait (for one of them to help me) of course they literally were doing nothing and this is exactly what they did the previous time I came here. If the staff here hate helping customers, can’t communicate, have zero customer service skills maybe find another job where you don’t have to interact with human beings. I don’t want to here a “sorry to hear….” reply from UPS - check your cameras and maybe ask your local customers for feedback. Will never be back to this location!!! Avoid this location!!

Would give this a 0 if I could. The manager of this store is on a power trip. Had a package shipped here, but wouldn’t release it bc it didn’t have my name. They literally brought it out and showed it to me. However I showed him the sender and tracking number that was forwarded to me. Now I don’t have a backdrop for my trade show. Will never, NEVER use UPS again.

Staff was nice.I was helped by an associate named ruby who helped with my first time shipping an item across the US taking the time to explain how it works and what i can expect.She really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable, making small talk to lighten my nerves as the item i shipped was very expensive.Great experience and great employees ? keep up the good work guys!

Amazon Kiosk with small and large bags available for returns, labels print automatically. Avoided the line entirely. Best return experience ever!

I had a very pleasant customer service experience at this UPS. Best service EVER! I walked in to return my Amazon package and I was greeted by all the staff so warmly! I accidentally dropped my key fob and it shattered literally and right away a young man named Alex came closer to the counter and “are you ok ma’am?” I was stressed because my key was shatters and how was I was suppose to drive home now?! Right away Alex went into action, taking the shattered pieces so carefully and he began to assemble my key fob. He was patient with it and it took about 3 tries and he finally was successful! I just am so grateful for how he showed great customer service as it was not in his job description to help me with this but he truly went above and beyond. His other coworkers were happy when he successfully got the key to work and it was a celebratory moment. I recommend this UPS because they care about their customers and they have the best staff ever especially Alex! Thank you Alex you literally saved the day!

So far, the best ups store we've been to. We needed something notarized, in which the manager, Alton, assisted us. He was very friendly, great attitude, and super helpful. He honestly has the best customer service. We've been going through a family loss and he made us smile and laugh, which was definitely needed. This will be our new ups store. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: in response to my reviews answer i would like to say: Nice try to put the blame on someone else however none of my issues are with UPS in general and ALL of my complaints are about you in particular. You messed up the order, you were disrespectful and you are the only one to blame. Just wanted to clear that up for people reading my review, it is indeed this particular store that is a problem, I wouldn't avoid UPS just this location of mailing service.Horrible manager!!!! I highly recommend avoiding this location. They messed up our order so when I received my item I was told I needed to pay over $200 to customs if I want to take it from the delivery guy. Of course I said no. After hours of trying to get the issue resolved the manager said he fixed it. They never came back with my item but 2 weeks later he calls me, my mom and my boyfriend yelling and being extremely disrespectful saying someone needs to pay the fee. This is AFTER he admitted it was their mistake and the fee is supposed to be dropped. So now we have all been trying to resolve this issue, we have all been disrespected by the manager and I still do not have my item and they also won’t return the item to my mom who shipped it. Also want to mention my mom paid over $60 to ship it in the first place and now they’ve stolen the item.

The staff here are always so kind, so quick, and so helpful.Theres never any real wait and no matter how busy they are they always greet you.Five stars for each person on staff. It's rare these days and deserves some praise!

Dropped off an Amazon return. The person who assisted never scanned my packages correctly. Amazon advised they never received the scan from this location that the return was in process. Neither Amazon or this location where able to help me. They both told me to contact the other “party”. My drop off was in January 2023 its now June2023 and I am out of luck getting my refund.

I have sent out 3 dresses back to Amazon. Amazon has said they never received my package. I went to UPS, and they said they are just the drop of facility. Well it never made it there, and a 100 dollars later, they have no idea where they are. They cannot confirm that they were sent out either and I know they were.

I sometimes frequent this location because it is convenient for me normally I just go and do my Amazon returns this time though I had some things laminated and I was greeted with respect and professionalism the young lady who assisted with my transaction made sure that I was happy with the service as I was I don't know about a lot of people but I take notice on the way customer service is ran and I have to give five stars because every person that I saw being helped was given undivided attention and I respect that and this is why I frequent this location more than others if you value your time do not use the UPS Store on 83rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye total opposite of this store FYI have a nice day
