The staff here are always so kind, so quick, and so helpful.Theres never any real wait and no matter how busy they are they always greet you.Five stars for each person on staff. It's rare these days and deserves some praise!

I have sent out 3 dresses back to Amazon. Amazon has said they never received my package. I went to UPS, and they said they are just the drop of facility. Well it never made it there, and a 100 dollars later, they have no idea where they are. They cannot confirm that they were sent out either and I know they were.

I would like to give a shout out to Nick at the UPS store. Nick is always so helpful, calm, patient, funny, courteous, professional, and just your model employee when it comes to customer service!
