Lost the key to my mailbox and reported it two months ago. I am still waiting to get a new key and lock.I am forced to drive the 3 mi and wait online for a half an hour every time I want to pick up my mail which by the way they've already lost some of it.They keep telling me to be patient let them try to wait online a half hour every time they want to get their mail and have some of it lost..Whatever you do don't lose your key

My experience was a wreck but to sum it up fill out the online change address form there don't leave to go home and waste your time. Because you still have to show them the confirmation email.

Rude, unprofessional & condescending employees at the front desk. A guy in the backroom aggressively throws packages into the sorting boxes like he despises his job. Asked his fellow employee if that's how they should be handling packages. She didn't seem to care or think it was a problem. Hope someone didn't have anything fragile delivered from here. Also they kept routing my mail as undeliverable and caused my shipment to be 2 weeks late. 0/5 stars if I could rate.

Every time we come here there's some issue, a long line, or staff who don't know how to find our mail. If you have the option of going to any other post office or using another mail service do it.

Rude, Slow, Lazy mailman behind the counter. We all have tough daily lives and deal with people daily. But why being rude and careless to provide a service that YOU are getting paid to do?

A employee or some employees don't like me here employee or some employees are just too dang lazy. I'm always getting my mail posted marked 5 days LATE.

Stepping into this place reminded my why I hate post offices so much.I hate it when there's a very long line and the workers still move very slow and seem not to care.There's not enough forms out and nobody to ask questions. If I wait in line, get to a worker and ask for a form, they'll likely give it to me, then tell me to get back in line.It's also in desperate need to an update in it's look. Late 80s/early 90s vibes.It's a shame that post offices are like this thanks to Republicans insisting on underfunding them. If you also don't like post offices... This is the entity to blame.

Front counter staff (female, far left register), made no effort to research question I had about post office boxes. Instead, I was even given the wrong answer, which I was able to confirm the inaccuracy of on my own after leaving the building. Poor customer service
