The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. While some customers have had issues with slow mail delivery or unhelpful employees, many others have praised the service they received. Employees like Route 22 Helen have gone out of their way to assist customers, even on Saturdays. Customers acknowledge that working at the Post Office can be challenging, with long hours and sometimes rude or impatient customers. The main concerns expressed include long lines, not enough staff, and mail carriers not properly storing packages for pickup. However, other customers have found the service to be quick, prompt, and attentive. Overall, the USPS aims to provide secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to over 157 million addresses in the United States and beyond.

Extremely rude! Management needs to do something. Customer service is horrible. If it’s close, close the door. It doesn’t take much time to scan something that’s already packed and close for you to scan. Come on!
Anyway, if you hate your job, please stay home!

They are bitter people who always serve you grudgingly; they make you look like a complete idiot whenever you ask them something regarding your package. They should simply hire younger people
