Oh my GOD! How is this place still open they are terrible customer service was awful I went in today 7/31/25 at around 1:45 there’s a gentleman and a lady there they were absolutely terrible rude disrespectful no help they had a line out the door with the lights off while they were talking. I’m serious. I can’t make this stuff up. My wife dropped the package off early in the morning and the lady gave her attitude and now my package is missing. so this is gonna be a really big problem if that package is not found they should really review camera and watch these employees cause they’re awful terrible

For the Walk ins you have to come at 4 am. Even earlier than that maybe. It's first come first serve.

We came to get our passports for my three sons. The manager Natalie was very kind very courteous. the staff was aswell. shavan helped us out with the process. I would highly recommend this post office 🏤. There very kind very professional my kids enjoyed the process very very much thanks to Natalie and shavan. If I could give them 10 stars I would. 2 thumbs all the way up. Thank you ladies for being so understanding and so kind to my sons!!!!

I went in with questions about my P.O. Box and a change of address and EJ was absolutely amazing! He made sure that everything was explained and completed before I left. He was very polite, efficient, and very helpful. Please give this man a raise! I was the last customer and he made me feel like I was the first. Thank you sir!

It is definitely a special one, bad reviews are justified for the most part based on my observation from 10 min I was here mostly in the line.
No pen to fill out the forms, 2 people working.. Barely, will to assist felt weak and decimating, no self serve machine... Helps to fill the gap with the unwilling staff issue!
I've heard first hand complaints about po box myself, as lock failing and the guys paychecks being stolen regardless of this was the third time his usps door fell off or something, I wouldn't rent a box here with all the bad reviews.

The United States Postal Service no longer receives packages from UPS at the physical locations. No deliveries to PO boxes or the actual branch as of this year. I found out the hard way, financially, and the frustration that could have been avoided had everybody done their job.

Friendly and helpful service BUT there is limited access to P.O. Box users and not enough information relayed regarding P.O. Boxes and access hours when they are taking your money for such services.

I hate this place! I haven’t received my mail since March! My apartment was mark vacant by the carrier when I clearly live here! Now the post office act like they don’t know what happen. If I have to come back about mail I never get I’m going to be pissed because the app clearly shows there’s mail somewhere for me to pick up
