The staff at extra space storage have great customer service especially with this being my first time renting storage and I’m out of state the manager Ronnie was very reassuring about how protected my items would be.

I made a reservation here on Saturday afternoon for Monday morning but was unsure if I would actually need the space. As it turned out I did not. The whole experience of reserving and cancelling was outstanding. They could not have been more accommodating. If a need arises in the future I will definitely use this storage... read full comment
