Macy was the name of the representative that assisted me and she was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and informative, Very positive and vibrant. She provided fast and efficient service and was the light in the building Only smile I seen in out of everyone I greeted in the store! Guy that helped me was VERY helpful only giving 3 stars because they are VERY overpriced! I'm switching to a cheaper provider and going from $95 a month to $40 a month for the same service and dont notice any difference in coverage. Now I can justify getting a line for my watch!

They're always really helpful. But I'm upset about the last time I was there. I wanted my son to have a cheaper phone that was newer than what he had, so I asked what deals they have, not wanting to spend much and seeing if it was worth it to upgrade his phone. The person who helped me told me she recommended one of the phones because it was similar to what he already had and they had a deal where we didn't need to pay much for signing a new contract. Ends up, I'm paying double what I was paying for the phone I already have and there was no deal in place for the phone she set my son up with. I can't trust Verizon sales people, so I'll just go in there for help and look at other carriers when we're ready for new phones.

Upgraded phones, store was quite busy but we were in and out in about 40 minSales guy was really good but talked really fast and I had a hard time hearing him as he was soft spoken. He was great to work with tho! LOVING our new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Had to actually go online to look up the phone number to actually call This business but when it gave of the numbers it said i had press 0 and you would be connected to a customer service well I press 50 times and the 51st time it finally let me connect over to customer service there a website isn't working but instead of trying to see if the available in my area all they wanted was my information Beware at your own risk going to this company

Phone service is very good. Online customer service is horrible. The chat doesn’t respond, the voicemail runs you in circles. I don’t think they have any live people employed there. I was just trying to change my card on autopay and have had no luck with something that should be a simple process.Have had similar problems in the past.

Come on down if you're interested in seeing the 4 workers on shift mob to the back and hide from the customers. Lol 7/6/23 about 5:45pm going on 15mins of them hiding and being useless while four other customers entered the store they still didn't show themselves One of the customers left because they were not helped. I also left after receiving no help in there a total of 30-45mins. Go to a different location save yourself the trouble.
