Walk in to ask a question, I was told to wait by a gentleman who was walking outside the door to take care of something. One he returned I started to ask my questions he told me to wait again while he was standing right back hind where I was sitting just communicating personal talk with somebody he knew. So unprofessional and I've be with Wells Fargo for almost 20yrs. ?

I was looking for a walk-in appointment, and a banker was able to find another banker with an opening. My wait was very small. I am happy that the banker that took my appointment was able to help me. I was able to make my wire transfer in time.

I have been with Wells Fargo for >7 years and made an appointment to have a form notarized (service provided to Wells Fargo account holders). Instead, Michelle Gonzalez decided to take a customer that was opening a loan as that clearly makes the bank more money than me getting a form notarized. 15 minutes past my appointment time, they still could not tell me when she would be able to see me. I will be closing my accounts with Wells Fargo and moving to Chase who respects their account holders enough to honor appointment times.

I went to this branch right now, to do Notary for a car title. I was told by one of the tellers to have a seat on one of the red chairs and someone will come and will do the Notary for you. Waited about 15 minutes and I was told by the receptionist that there's only one person who can do Notary for you right now and he has an appointment at 1pm but no one was waiting for a banker and already past 1pm, notary takes 2 minutes literally once I have been told walk-in is welcome and have seat to me this is bad customer service. I banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and this doesn't show or see me as a valued customer.

This branch management has big issue. We opened an account and all information such as name was entered wrong by banker and we asked if there is any promotions and they told us no there is none. branch manager was not responding at all. The worse customer service I ever seen.

I no longer have access to an account that I've had access to for years. They have no reason as to why. They gave me a phone number to call and it's not the right number or the prompts don't make sense the prompts are asking for my employee ID number what?! I left the bank unable to access emergency funds that I needed with no solution and of course it's after 5pm. I also just recently asked about refinancing my house, and nobody has returned my call in the timeframe that they said they would. It would suggest another branch or another bank completely.

Was told it would only be a 10-15 minute wait to get my letter notarized. I waited over an hour and still no help. Waste of my time.

Called three times and when they finally answered they hung up immediately. Was going to open a trust account with them but obviously won't now.

Useless place doesn't even have a notary on staff today. I have to wait 4 days. Also, don't know if that lady sitting in the chair works there , if she does, she isn't very helpful. I stood in line waiting to learn info that she could have told me when I walked in.

I made an appointment over 10 days ago and received confirmation of my appointment date/time. Arrived at my scheduled date/time and was advised they had no record of my appointment. They were only going to be able to help me with half of the process and I’d have to make another appointment to finish.
