I was having a really tough time getting a transaction done online, or via phone with Wells Fargo today. Jesse T was extremely knowledgeable, caring, helpful, and efficient in fixing the problem for me. Wells Fargo needs more staff like this!

They require better inside and outside security watching for Jugging activity, for this criminal act happened to myself on Feb 11th. The branch should post (Careful of jugging) , maybe have a solar camera trailer setup , as a deterrent . All banks should assist to keep clients Safe.

What’s up with the drive thru ATM it has been out of service for a month or so & the walk up ATM’s were out of service over the weekend ? Is this Wells Fargo branch going out of business or what??? ??♀️
