Long time West Elm fan, this store is very close to my home. Sadly, it seems like the store managers and employees spend little to no time actually looking at the items on the floor. The items in the back are covered with dust, which leads me to believe this store isn't turning items over often enough. Not exactly the message you want to send to a customer.

The leg broke off the couch. I have been repeatedly promised I would be sent a replacement and then the following day the order was canceled. Please provide your information so that I can file arbitration or a lawsuit against your company for the failure to provide a replacement. You claim Ïtems damaged through normal wear and tear are covered. I am a 58-year-old woman with a small dog. My couch doesn't even get normal wear and tear. It gets less wear and tear. I will also point out that after going through customer service several times I am now being extorted to pay $15.00 for management to look at my complaint. I mostly shop West Elm online, it was nice to go in and touch different things and feel the quality and see the sizes of things in person. Staff was friendly, greeted me, asked if I needed help but wasn't pushy and let me wander around on my own.

I'm not sure if anyone worked here, as I didn't see a sales person in site! There was no one to greet the group of us who entered the store at the sametime I stopped in for a housewarming gift and to look for a particular design of furniture since I donated my good quality, sturdy furniture... but, due to the sales people not being accessible... I was only able to browse. I did see a couple of things I liked but, I'm sure because of this store, being a smaller business that, the prices were pretty spendy due to that!!! They had a 20% sale on select items (on accessories). I really liked a couch I found in here but, I need to inquire on all of the colors offered in that design since it was Unique. Cute store with cute furniture but I do need to return to check if the furniture is sturdy and of great quality. There's plenty of parking onsite.

Nice store. It's listed as an outlet but most everything was regular price. Quality furniture for sure. Can't speak to the service as no one acknowledged us at any point during our visit. I'll take that over being hounded but at least being asked if you need anything is nice. The store itself is clean and has some very interesting pieces; not just furniture but accessories as well.

West Elm is a lovely store with furniture you can’t help but appreciate. Whether you need furniture or decor, this store has something you’ll love. The question is whether you’ll want to pay the price for it. But in my experience, it lasts long and it’s worth the penny you pay. This store is much preferred over their Scottsdale Quarter location, too, due to the selection and design center.

this is a nightmare of a company, it took over 8 months to receive my items and i finally received damaged items. customer service is awful.

Spent 20 minutes looking for new bedding. All employees gathered at the front, no one ever spoke to me the entire time I was there. All the bedding I was looking at said 15% off. Finally picked bedding and went to the front to find out nothing on those shelves was on sale. Misleading and terrible service.

Some pretty nice furniture, bedding, & other home goods, I spent a good bit of time browsing here this afternoon. I was welcomed by 2 different staff members as I made my way through the store & they were eager to help, though I thought most of what was on offer was a bit too drab for my taste. They did have a number of things on sale, though.

This furniture is, by far, my favorite out of any other selections in the valley. Any mid-century enthusiast would be foolish not to stop by West Elm for BEAUTIFUL furniture at a reasonable price and build quality!

Really nice place with very nice furniture and accessories. The sectional cushions were very solid. Hard wood tables made to last. Though beautiful boho really isn't our style. There were still plenty of accessories and pillows that fit right in with many styles. Employees so cool and friendly! I picked out a glass hurricane for our outdoor patio. Prices were reasonable.

I was greeted upon entering and asked if I needed any help. There is beautiful furniture, home goods and decor at West Elm. There are comfortable couches, beds and chairs, bedding, tables and lamps, lighting, fabrics of your choice and home decor to please all. They have another store in the Scottsdale Quarter. Shared parking and WiFi.

I bought a sectional from this store last Summer. I was looking to purchase chairs with the same fabric, but I had forgotten the name of the fabric. Stephanie was able to look up my prior purchase, and confirm the fabric was the same. I was able to order the chairs with her, over the phone, which made the process super easy. I love my sectional, and can't wait for the chairs to come in. The staff is always super helpful!

We ordered chairs and TV stand, both in stock when we ordered and payed a hefty $260 for the shipping! Now, although the TV stand is available, they won't send the order because the chairs (which were in stock) are back ordered. I wish I read reviews before ordering from west elm as they mentioned this problem! The items are being pushed back 1 month when getting close to the estimated delivery date. We ordered in Nov and supposed to get the items in Dec. They pushed it back to Jan, and now, they pushed it back to late Feb. I will update the review after I contact support and see what are the options.

We purchased a media console at about 2k, which we received damaged. We asked the delivery guy to take it back. Instead, he suggested keeping it until customer service schedules a new delivery and sends us another one. Now, after three weeks, the customer service does not budge and leaves me a voicemail that there is no problem with the item we've received! I literally can't wrap my head around how bad and irresponsible the custom service could be!!!
