The building is pet-friendly and features amenities like private offices, a full-service pool deck, and gyms. The venue is amazing with spectacular views of the downtown area. Reviews highlight its high-end luxury, kind and professional staffing, and a wonderful culture. The club area has a great layout with comfortable chairs and variety of furniture, and cleanliness is above par. While parking can be confusing initially and some amenities are still forthcoming, the overall environment is cool and pleasant. Staff are mostly helpful and accommodating, making events easy and highly recommended. It is a place with both hits and misses, but a generally good experience.

I reported a maintenance issue in my kitchen. The garbage disposal was jammed and preventing the sink and dishwasher from draining causing a horrible smell. The maintenance associate arrived the next morning and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. He was very polite and professional. Thank you!

Cool location. Great staff. But for some reason something is always out of service. I wish I could rate higher.
