“Imagine a world where pine trees dominate and the evening temperatures are enjoyable. Ok that's Pine AZ. What if you imagine a place where you relax on a patio and your stress just melts away. Ok thats Pine AZ too. Now, stay with me, imagine you show up in Pine and your water heater is not working and you call the local plumbers to replace a 26 year old water heater, family came there too, and showers that night are required for everyone, the plumbers have you by the pinecones at that point even though a Phoenix plumber can do the job for 30% less but not until the next day and then after they install the new water heater it STILL won't turn on and you realize that the breaker is bad so you call PINE HARDWARE and, yes, they do have the replacement breaker, even ask you on the phone if it's Square D (don't laugh) or Eaton and you say Eaton and they HAVE IT, so you zip over and they sell breaker for $32.78 including tax, replace it (safely) and the water heater turns on and yet you'll always wonder.....was it just a breaker problem or did I need a $3,000 water heater. Ok that's Pine AZ too.
