“Frank is great! We’ve used this location a few times and each time Frank provided excellent customer service, trucks are nice and clean, and the process regarding the truck went smoothly.
However, if you use UHaul Moving Services DO NOT use the suggested moving company MOVING FORWARD. They never showed up and never responded to my calls or text messages. When I called Frank about the situation (which he has no part in moving services) he said he has heard similar situations from other customers regarding this company. Save yourself a lot of headaches and do not use UHaul Moving Services. Either ask Frank for recommendations or find your own movers.”

“Look these guys are busy all day, clean trucks, maintenance checking things so they don't break on your run. They did right by me. I've noticed the system catches all their calls to a switchboard and their job is to get your cc,almost better to drive there. Don't take it out on these guys,just workers like you and me.”
