“We had 9 u-boxes shipped to this U-haul, and decided to put them in storage at the facility to save about $500 each month. We were scheduled for Saturday, but when we got there, we weren't in their system for some reason. They were understaffed that day, but the general manager Frank and another worker named Frankie stayed three hours after their shifts ended to make sure we got all of our boxes in storage. Frank went above and beyond to help us out!”
