Prescott Valley Ace Hardware is a large, bright, clean, and well-organized store with a great selection. It offers tools, plants, fertilizers for special needs, and some hard-to-find items. The customer service is excellent, with very helpful staff that provides technical advice and design tips. Staff members are more than helpful in locating supplies and the right parts, even assisting with installations. The store has great little surprises throughout, including a well-regarded kitchen gadget area. While sometimes a little more expensive than other retailers, the store's helpful hardware service and expertise make it highly recommended. Customers walk away saving time and money, appreciating the excellent and super helpful service received during every visit.
This was easily the largest and best stocked hardware store I've been in.

Ace may not be the cheapest but they have staff to help that actually know where things are AND take you to them. Rather than point and say aisle 23 or maybe 24

Anthony the customer service representative working at the cashier counter today… is AMAZING! He has exceptional customer service skills, listens, knowledge and goes above and beyond to help the clients! He definitely an asset to Prescott Valley Ace Hardware!!
