“We went into our garage to get into our 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and our heart sank, we found out our battery was dead. One place that we called near by said originally it would be $243, plus $50 install. However, when we got there they said they misquoted and because of the type of battery it needed, total cost would be $575 to have them replace it. There was no way we could afford that and this is our only car. Then, we called O'Reilly's and I can't tell you what a lifesaver they were! Kudos to Warren! They told us they had the exact battery we needed, it would only cost $267 and would put it in for no charge! I can't recommend them highly enough!! 15 minutes and we were all set, I didn't even have to get out of the car! I could not believe it! So fair and such understanding people. If your car battery dies, call O'Reilly's, call O'Reilly's, call O'Reilly's! Excellent customer service, we will definitely be back.”
“Went in for new Snug Top gas struts. They had the parts in stock and installed them, reasonable price. Then Jerry tightened up all the loose parts on the hatch/door, no charge. While I was there a guy brought in parts he had purchased on the internet for his topper that didn't fit his truck. Jerry had the right parts for his truck in stock. The guy had the nuts to ask if Jerry would just trade the stuff he bought on the internet for the correct parts. I could see that there was no benefit for the shop but Jerry did the guy a solid and took the parts in exchange. These days people give poor reviews for the slightest imperfection. This place exemplifies great customer service and professionalism. If you want something to make your ride better, check with these guys first.”
“We have taken three vehicles to Jim in the past 10 years and have always been happy with the work. One paint job appeared to have some overspray and Jim fixed it immediately. Hope we have no more "crunchies" but if we do, we'll go to Jim.PS: He could use some help in the office.”

“Was a little concerned because of the reviews to be honest, but I'm very very happy to come here and say they definitely deserve 5 stars! I came in with an apparent flat, but rather than sell me a new/used tire, they checked it out for me and showed me I didn't need a new tire just yet! They turned a $70+ visit into just a $20 charge and I was very happy! If anything else happens, I'll be coming back for sure”
