“I own a Tesla model Y and my sister parked next to me and opened the door and left a 9 inch dent in the side of my driver side door. Prescott auto body got my car in on that same Monday and this happened on Saturday and got it done very quickly with how packed and busy they are I’m surprised it didn’t take longer. That’s not the best part. My car looks newer than it did when I first bought it you can’t even guess where the dent was or if there was ever a dent there. “Was searching for a repair to be done to a Hydraulic Ram that was spitting fluid out from what I knew to be a internal seal leak. I found Yavapai Machine listed as a shop that did such repairs. I drove the hour to the shop and was informed they no longer did these repairs but gave me a ships name that did but in a neighboring town of Chino Valley. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice, professional and eager to help with finding a shop they use fur such repairs.Unfortunately the shop they referred me to was out of business but just a few weeks before so the news might not have traveled to Yavapai Machine repair yet. So I find it not to be the fault of Yavapai Machine. I’d use them for anything else I’d need if they did such a thing. Seems that these smaller shops are stilling having a hard time with staffing, part delivery and the likes only to go out of business. The larger shops like Yavapai are a larger size and I think is honing to be around a long time yet so give them a chance and see if they can help you out. They sure seemed like they could.Thank you to the guy that gave me the referral and I have you listed in my contacts now for future business!!”

“Three. Stars because I had to come back. However, I want to say that Dion one of the service technicians went above and beyond for me. He spent over an hour of his time searching for misplaced tires and paperwork that was To no manager being on duty. I have to say he is excellent with customer service. He called his boss and took an initiative to find the paperwork and the correct tires for my car. He was patient understanding and helpful. I just wanted to say he is an excellent employee, and deserves to be recognized. He is a much friendlier and easy-going person, then the other team members I’ve dealt with today. He kept his school and made sure to keep me informed.”

“I've had good luck with the service department at Galpin Ford. The service advisor I work with mostly is Thompson. Sadly I've had my F150 in more times than I would like but the crew and service folks have worked with the Ford Warranty folks to get the issues covered. They are busy and it can take a bit to get parts and have major work completed ( we're not in Phoenix) but the work so far has been solid. I would Highly Recommend when purchasing a new or used Ford to purchase the extended warranty thru Ford. The warranty has saved me thousands in repairs. If you need service for your Ford, Galpin Ford is the place for service in the Prescott area.”
