Staff is always very helpful, the store is clean and well stocked and prices are reasonable. If they don't have something then they will order it for you whenever possible. They do good with hat cleaning and shaping when needed as well.

Rosemary helped me today and she was exceptional. Her product knowledge was outstanding and I was able to get new boots and a new hat that she fitted perfectly for me. I highly recommend going to boot barn and asking for Rosemary. The Veteran Discount also was great...THANKS ROSEMARY!!!
